They both are great. I prefer Little Richard because of his powerful voice, no one could sing that way. But my favourite song is "Memphis, Tenessee", by Berry.

Although I do like them both, I'd have to say that Chuck Berry is my pick. I think that he had the best songs, and I loved that goose walk across the stage!

Both very good, if you like Oldies. But, Chuck Berry had many, many more good songs!
