Samantha thanks for your statement i mean to you personally how long is a minute in your life. When you say in a minute do you actually mean a minute?

ok a minute is 60seconds,but my minute is whenever i get around to it,or hang on a minute may take a few xtra lots of 60 seconds(for my kids),i know what i mean-anyone with kids will..cheers

My wife reckons that when I'm on the computer one of my minutes = about 30 ordinary minutes, such as:
Wife: "Will you ... (insert task that has no immediate time limit but which wifey thinks has to be done RIGHT NOW.)"
Me: "Yes dear, I'll be there in a minute."

Well, you know the old saying, time flies when you are having fun. So, I would think that a minute is too fast when it is something you enjoy but a LIFETIME if it is something you hate. The key is to keep it in perspective---You can take anything if it is only going to last a minute :)

"Time flies when you're having fun". Time seems to just slip away when you are enjoying something.
"A watched pot never boils". The average electric kettle boils in 90 seconds, but it seems like an eternity when you're gasping for a cuppa.

a minute is defined by which side of the toilet door you are on . if your inside . ' just a minute '' aint long , but if your outside , desperate for the loo , its a life time
