I moved before I knew I was pregnant. My husband had to work so I moved most of out things in 90 something degree temperture. So, for me lifting was ok.
I would paint a little at a time and keep doors and windows open. I would not paint too much though.

yes you can paint, but make sure there are plently of windows open so your getting enough fresh air maybe have a fan on to circulate the air through out the room, you may also consider wearing a face mask, take break every half hour to a hour walk out of the room or 15 mins or so. because yor 15 weeks the baby is fully developed so the chemicals will not interupt with the development of the fetus, the main concern in the fumes from the pain for you they can be nasty causing you to feel dizzy and light headed

Painting with latex paint is fine. Just keep it ventilated.
Dont lift anything over 25-30 pounds. DOnt stress out. Take rests, drink water, nap.

painting's fine... just take short breaks frequently (about every 1/2 hour) and keep the windows open and fan(s) going. If you start to feel lightheaded, stop for a couple hours, and then try again with some sort of face mask. I used one of my husband's bandanas and it worked pretty well. Congrats, and good luck!

You should be able to paint, but I would just relax and enjoy being pampered because soon all of the attention will be on the baby and your days of rest and relaxation will be almost nonexistent.

You can Virtually do what you normally do...I wouldnt suggest lifting heavy objects if they make you strain...A friend of mine almost miscarried...she was in the process of moving also and ended up in hospital for bleeding..they got it under control..you dont want to move really heavy stuff ...I got a sayin...If it makes you grunt and strain...dont move it!! you just need to be cautious...When it comes to painting..thats awesome..Just dont snort the paint..Youll be K..water soluble better...Just make sure youre in a well ventilated room..and be careful I would suggest not using spray paints, paints like that because of their fumes..you dont want to breathe fumes..Youre startin also to go through "Nesting"...Youre anxious to move and feel stagnent..just relax..youre going to need it when it comes to delivery time in about 5mos two weeks...so just pull the reins and relax..Youll be Awesome..take walks...inbeetween packing and painting..think of colors you want to paint ..think of colors youll want your baby to wear if its a her and others if its a he..LOL ..I went through that state...felt bored at times...and other time flew..it was a strange feelin I remember vividly..so just you think bout resting , keeping hydrated and eating healthfully and takin aweome walks....look at scenery and imagine youre holding your beautiful new baby in your arms..the warmth of feeling...you feel when you think of that..Its beautiful, amazing isnt it?..so you keep up the great work..Youll be an awesome mom...God Bless..;)

You can paint in a well-ventilated area, and can wear a mask if you're still noticing the fumes.
