The dream of being naked in a public place, doesn't actually mean anything on its own. To analyze it properly you need to remember how you and the observers felt about you being naked in a public place in your dream. If you were embarrassed, it probably means that you are insecure about something in your life at present. If the observers didn't even notice that you were naked, it means that you're probably just worrying about nothing.

I used to dream I was naked at school constantly, I think it means an insecurity issue.

Usually dreaming of being naked in some place means either you dream of being free from something, or your dreaming of something ur scared or vulnerable of.
