Not necessarily, sometimes good people turn into trolls. They get fed up with trying to stay within the CG and TOS and still they get violations. The best way to stop violations from happening is 1. not be drawn into to certain controversial questions, such as the ones which appear in R&S. 2. If you decide to give a controversial answer, start it off by explaining this is only your humble opinion. 3. Do not use profanity, racial slurs, or insult other members, these all fall into what is known as "verbal assault". 4.Do not say or do anything that propagates harm to minors, animals or other members, this is also a "no-no". 5. Do not ask questions such as, Who here like cake or Where do you live or Am I pretty; these are all considered chatting. 6. Go and read your Community Guidelines and TOS and treat these like they are the most Holy Books and Laws, because while you are on Yahoo! Answers, this is just what they are! I made my Q&A private because of the trolls and stalkers, but I do not limit myself to only their questions. Every now and then I will get a violation notice, I challenge those which I believe were made by trolls. I know sometimes I get carried away with my answers and have a tendency to inflame others by some of my comments, but it comes with the territory. I read the CG before I post any question, just to be sure I can post it in such a manner not to offend anyone. My last question which violated their laws was one which was as follows: "Is your Emu emo? or Has your Ostrich been ostracised?" Someone took offence, go figure!

You do understand that if such a law passed, it would place an unfair advantage to certain groups. i.e. If you get stopped by the cops for jaywalking and you attempted a move, only to find yourself arrested, tried and convicted 20 to life w/o chance of parole because you're uglier than sin, or too little, such an emotional breakdown would be incomprehensible.

Not sure on this one. What if the someone being arrested offers but the cop must turn them down because they are just nasty? However, if I was the cop and you were the one to be arrested, H3LL Yeah!

Wow, ummm, if it was legal, cops would be arresting me for no particular reason just so I could get myself out of it...Yeah, MamiZ got it like that. Just ask my fiance. So, I'm gonna have to say no.
I like cream, but only from one.
