Its fine as long as you're cool with it. Don't feel you have to conform to what others think is "normal." Everyone is different and everyone is turned on by different things. And if masturbating with friends is still fun, then do it...you're not hurting anyone and it means nothing other than getting off with a few friends.

If it's normal to you and your friends, you guys like it, and you're not hurting kids or animals, who is anyone else to judge you? As long as you're not breaking the law, who cares how old you and your friends are while you're masturbating together?
Of course, those too are questions; however, the point is, for most people what you and your friends do is probably not what others do. If you guys enjoy it, given certain perameters mentioned above, enjoy yourselves.

As long as the feeling is mutual and everyone is having fun and comfortable with it, I say go for it! My friends and I used to do the same thing and sometimes I still miss it. Good friends, good times, good memories!!!
