i was just wondering can a hermaphordite female give birth and impregnate other women.

Human hermaphrodites are not typically fertile.

Note, however, that there is a wide spectrum of disorders that can cause different types of "intersexuality" (as it is medically known), with quite different symptoms.
For example, androgen insensitivity means that you are genetically male (XY), but are lacking the receptors for the androgens that specify development into a male, so you remain as the "default" female.

m not sure of that..but it had come in the news that a hermaphrodite had impregnated itself..m sure its a very rare condition..mostly i think they shud not be fertile

To add to what griblin said, all hermaphrodite mammals are typically infertile.
