Each of them or none - it depends how they are presented.
But to be honest, "romantic" isn't the first thing that I think when I get candy. I don't like sweets very much, but if they come from a very fine swiss chocolatier in a fancy box they maybe are even for me...

How about flowers (self-picked, if possible)?

You've paid no attention to her chocolate choice all this time?

a Babyruth, Sweet Lollipop or Caramel? I'd prefer a caramel of those three... but there are many more chocolates out there.

Valentines day, is a good day for a chocolate mix, a bit of white then milk and then the decadent dark chocolate.

Who eats chocolate on thanksgiving? try some pie! maybe a mixed box??? eh

Christmas though, make hot chocolate with peppermint schnapps (if you are old enough) and put whipped creme on the top. yum... Merry Christmas!

After a huge argument... department store candy may not cut it... If you are able, go to a fine Chocolate store and spend some money on the kind of chocolate she likes! (I mostly mean dark, milk, or white).

Dark chocolate is bitter, but many women love it
Milk chocolate is sweet and smooth and most people like it (it's not good for you though, and I'm actually a little allergic ~I get very moody after eating it~)
White chocolate is sweet sweet. I love Hershey's Treasures!

I don't like baby ruth's and lollipops are for kids who will need the dentist. Caramel seems romantic to me, maybe b/c it has a soft center...?...

But really, pay attention to what she likes for flowers, chocolates, clothes, color... and things will go smoother for you. : )

None of those are romantic.

Lindt Excellence white chocolate with whole roasted almonds, the extra large Toberlone that is divided into individual triangles, Toberlone white chocolate, and Nestle Quality Street.

Perfect any of the holidays you had mentioned.
Those are creamy, and delicious.

Any kind of chocolate will do. It is the thought that counts and the time taken to pick out just the right assortment and box it comes in and the card with it .

This was only discontinued in the 90s: Crunchy Reeses. They took that out and replaced it with Crispy Resses, figuring that their customers really wanted a Kit-Kat Bar.
