I think you mean
15/(x-4)=6/(x+3)
gives
15(x+3)=6(x-4)
15x + 45 = 6x - 24
9x = -24 - 45 = -69
x = -69/9 = -23/3 ≈ -7.67

Assume question should read as:-
15/(x - 4) = 6 / (x + 3)
15(x + 3) = 6(x - 4)
15x + 45 = 6x - 24
9x = - 69
x = - 69 / 9
However if question is as written:-
(15 / x) - 4 = (6 / x) + 3
15 - 4x = 6 + 3x
9 = 7x
x = 9 / 7
Your choice!!!!

15/x-4=6/ x+3
x-4 and x+3 is the lcd
15(x+3)=6(x-4)
15x+45=6x-24
9x=-69
x=-69./ 9 = -9 6/9= -9.66666666.....7

Just cross multiply: which means you multiply 6 times (x-4), when you do you get: 6x-4. then cross multiply in the other direction, you get: 15 times (x+3) and you get 15x + 45. so your equation reads: 6x-24=15x+45. Combine like terms: add 24 to both sides, then you have: 15x +69=6x. Normally I would say, bring your little numbers to the bigger numbers, but if you bring 6x to 15x you will have zero on the right. So minus 15x from both sides and you will have:69=-9x divide both sides by negative nine and you get negative 7 and 2/3.

15/x - 4 = 6/x + 3
15/x - 6/x = 3 + 4
9/x = 7
9 = 7x
9/7 = x
1.28 = x

x = 9/7 i guess,,,,,
15/x - 6/x = 3 + 4 (trans)
(15-6)/x = 7
9/x = 7
x = 9/7

(15-4x)/x=(6+3x)/x
x(15-4x)=x(6+3x)
15x-4x^2=6x+3x^2
15x-6x=4x^2+3x^2
9x=7x^2
9x-7x^2=0
x(9-7x)=0
9-7x=0
-7x=-9
x= 7/9
