I note with interest that I didn't make that list.

Prince is universal and timeless. Steve Winwood knows there is a higher love - smart, smart man. En Vogue is the most unique act to come out of the industry and great on the eyes. Primus, I have never heard of them. We have such different tastes, so, there, thumbs down me and keep it moving.

Steve Winwood, you're simply wrong.
Primus:
They call me Mr. Know-it-all
I am so eloquent
Perfection is my middle name
And whatever rhymes with eloquent.
Worst band ever was Surprise Package whose one hit wonder was a remake of the worst song ever, "MacArthur Park".

wow so i actually agree with you about En Vogue, don't forget Toni Braxton (Unbreak my heart is the worst song ever!), O Town, Plain White T's, N'Stink. Prince and Steve WInwood actually were talented, I don't know much about Primus though...

I like Steve Winwood and Primus.
And back in the day my friend Kelly and I would do a dance to "Never Gonna Get It". We were awesome.

I can think of many more actually, but the list would just be too long. Primus was kinda funny though.

I can't agree about Prince.
I am so disappointed we don't see eye to eye on him. ( 0h my ) In concert he is amazing, and real and sexy and dances so erotically without even touching himself. Oh Baaaby!
Plus the fact that, if he can't find any music he likes, he can just write his own. He is so hot I almost forgot his genius.
So your question.
Worst bands?
I can't think of any names, because, if I hear something that sounds really horrible, I can't be bothered to listen after the first minute or so. I never bother to find out who it was.
That is how I play.

Yeah, Primus is an acquired taste. But I like them for their originality, innovation and humor.
Most of the 80s hair-bands made me nauseous.
Poison, Stryper and Warrant come to mind.
It was the New York Dolls gone corporate.

Prince is a musical genius--crazy, but a genius--and one day the world will come to realize this.
I agree with your other selections. Also, any boy band after the Beatles is terrible.
