10-13/x=4+5/x?
get the LCD: then,
(10x - 13)/x = (4x + 5)/x

cross multiply:
10x^2 - 13x = 4x^2 + 5x

simplify:
6x^2 - 18x = 0

common factor:
6x(x - 3) = 0

of you're looking for the roots,... the answers are:
x = 3

and

x = 0
