There's a wonderful book called "Writer's Market" published in a new edition every November. I find it more useful than the Internet, because it has all kinds of details about publishing, agents, how to submit a manuscript, etc. and it's all in one place. You can buy it at any bookstore or reference it in your library.

Although I'd never recommend vanity publishers, I do think http://www.lulu.com is a good option for poetry (especially as it costs nothing).

You can create your book of poetry and then promote it yourself on your websites, and any other way. You won't get rich but at least if someone wants a collection of your poetry then they can buy it and you'll make a few pennies.

Complete Books are not easy to sell to a publisher, since they are overwhelmed with submissions... children's books are much harder to sell that regular books.... and poetry is by far the hardest to sell.

If you want to try anyway... Pick up a "Writer's Market" or look it over at your local library.

Good luck.

You would either have to combine them all in a single collection and pitch them to an agent specializing in poetry. www.agentquery.com has a large database of agents

or

Take a handful of your best work and submit them to any number of poetry-oriented literary magazines. simply searching for poetry magazines should work if you choose to go that route.
