Dag, I'm glad I read the question again. Damned dyslexia....

Uh, yes, certainly. I would be a male every time because I can "go" wherever I want to, I like being the pursuer (for some odd reason I am uncomfortable when women make the first move), I don't like shopping, chatting on the phone, I love the rougher recreational activities that men have traditionally been associated with, I would not want to be a woman-driver, have to bear children, worry about makeup, or have to deal with a monthly occurrance.

I find it doesn't matter very much anymore. I used to come back as a male all the time because I liked to wage war. I don't like war anymore because it is no longer fun. When I wasn't warring I was doing art. Woman didn't do art back then. Now they do. They also go to war.

If I come back agian I would most likely be a lesbian. The reason for that is I think men are stupid and the only men I really like have a lot of girl in them.

I actually do not believe in gender at all. A man or a woman should be a human individual, not a product of another persons wishes.

I would not consider coming back to this planet an opportunity, but rather a demotion, like repeating a grade level in school. This school we call Planet Earth is in serious need of help, on the other hand, so if I were to come back, if it were for the highest good of the planet and myself, I would want to come back as a man. But as the type of man who is courageous enough to transform or transmute himself by undoing or releasing the stereotypical hyper-masculine tendencies of sexism, patriarchy, paternalism, dominance, violence, and male privilege.

By the grace of God, I would work for gender and racial equality with other enlightened men and women. I would work for human rights and environmental justice. I would open my heart and be a man who is unafraid to love and be loved--responsibly. I would work for peace and do all within my God-given power to help create a new, more healthy model of masculinity, or what it means to be a man.

In my life, I have met many beautiful men who are like this or are moving toward this model of masculinity. If I had to come back to Earth School, I would hope that this would be my assigned or chosen curriculum. Our continued existence may depend on this: a critical mass of peaceful, loving, strong, egalitarian men and women doing what needs to be done to save ourselves and save the planet.

I'd like to be a guy because I heard they usually get paid more money in jobs then the same job a girl does. and then i'd get to have sex without any pain, backstabbing, or worrying about getting pregnant. also theres no stigma of being a "whore" if your a guy. but then again guys have their issues too and sometimes get emotional just like girls do, only they experience anger problems..i dont know which is worse, being furious all the time or crying at every little thing. i guess each gender has its goods and bads!

In the early grades, when asked, half the girls wanted to be boys, and half the boys wanted to be birds. I think there is virtue in both sexes, but nowadays it's easier being a man for cultural reasons.

As a certain rabbi once said, "Women are the most beautiful of all God's creations, but thank God he made me a man."
