Some people will tell you that it is mind over matter.

Several people have learned to control themselves when they are being tickled. some of their tricks include:

1) Relax your muscles. The more you tense your muscles, the more ticklish you are.

2) Take deep breaths and try to hold your breath. As you do this concentrate on anything other than the tickling.

3) Change your focus completely. Sing a song and focus on it. Focus on the radio or TV. Focus on a doorknob or some other inanimate object. Then tell yourself that you don't feel a thing.

And finally, there is one other solution to the problem. Just inform the offending parties that you know that you are very ticklish but you do not find any pleasure in it and, furthermore, you find it annoying. The only fun tickling is consensual tickling and it is not consensual with you. Then tell them that you would appreciate it if they would respect your feelings and stop tickling you. If they persist, call them out and find out why they choose to disrespect you.

All the best to you!

Learn to control your mind. Can you tickle yourself?

It's possible, used to get tickle attacked all the time and nearly pass out screaming. Then I started telling people I'm not ticklish, and would make sure I didn't show a reaction, they eventually stopped trying.

You can control it. I used to be really ticklish and my brothers used to pick on me and tickle me all the time. So when they did I would just say that don't tickle and then it actually became true. Now it even hurts if someone tries to tickle me. It annoys me. Just put it in your mind that you are not ticklish and it really does go away. Trust me.

Theres really not much you can do. I am 100% ticklish from head to toe, but Ive learned to embrace it and just have fun with it. If someone you dont want to touch you is tickling you, then you need to tell them it bothers you and make sure they stop. If its someone youre close to like a boyfriend, then maybe tell him (or whoevers tickling you) to lighten up a bit cause it hurts...or just learn to accept youre really ticklish and enjoy it. lol

Practicing Iron Shirt Chi Gung will help to strengthen your skin and make it less sensitive. Also if you just become more physical in general through sports or something you can develop not only physically but also a certain degree of mental toughness that may help reduce your ticklishness.

3rd degree burns from head to toe should treat your "disorder"
. . . . . . . . My advice would be to enjoy it while you can,
there are not a whole lot of people that are going to be interested in tickling you when your a senior-citizen......
(or is there?)
