Well first you aint been watchin those human autopsy shows on tv have you?
I prefer having nightmares to dreams, many people ask me why. But it is simple, with nightmares you have a horrible event but then you wake up and you feel relieved it is not real and you get a nice feeling inside, but when you have a dream where you can fly or you have married the most beautiful person in the world or you have won the lottery you wake up and you realise your true existence and you are gutted. So look forward to nightmares they have no reason so just enjoy waking up and realising life aint so bad afterall.

Stress causes nightmares. Are you living a stressed life style? Are suffering from any emotional troubles? Are you thinking about a serious problem? All these things cases nightmares.
Sometimes heavy meals before bed time cause nightmares. This what causes nightmares for me. Therefore I try to ovoid big meals before bed time. Also try to drink a warm cup of milk before going to bed this will help you to sleep deeply .
Finally forget all about your worries before bed and think of something pleasant and the nightmares will fade away.
Wishing you all the best.

You should not be having nightmares. You can stop them by getting out your Bible and reading a scripture everynight and saying a prayer. Nightmares come from our Spiritual side. The evil side, the average human will not cut somebody up. Read a chapter from the book of Psalms and then say a Pray and you will see a change start taking place. It works for me.

stress. talk to people about your nightmares; and if that doesn't help, you should talk to your doc. He might be able to prescribe you something that will make the nightmares go away. He might also recommend counseling, as recurring nightmares like this tend to mean severe emotional stressors that people haven't dealt with yet.

Most dreams are negative. Talk to a therapist if it becomes intolerable to sleep at night. Avoid medication. Sorry about my screen name. ;)
