but, if rfk had lived and won the presidency, we wouldn't have had nixon...well, that would have been okay, but without nixon who was embraassing you don't get carter who was even more embarrassing, and without carter you don't get reagan, and withour reagan you don't get the collapse of the soviet union, and without that you don't get the attention on the mideast, which has brought us to where we are today...wow, i wish sirhan would have missed!

Yes, it is sad. I liked the Kennedys very much. And yes, Carolune is 50 today. I read that in the paper about Neil Diamond. Caroline was always a cute little girl. She looked just like her Dad.

I saw RFK in person for the back of a train car when he was going through my town. I almost got trampled with everyone running after the train as it pulled away.I always wonder "what If" with the Kennedys.
