I'm not really sure what's out where you are, but some good ones that I've seen recently are:

Superbad (if this is out and you haven't seen it.. I will guarantee you LOVE it!!)
The Grindhouse pair (Death Proof and Planet Terror - Planet Terror is a bit better)
And if you want something a bit more serious: Lions for Lambs

Stay away from Saw 4, Chuck and Larry, and the Heartbreak Kid (the last 2 are kind of sweet, sorta comedies that you amy want to watch only if you can do it for free)

Go with Superbad!! Jiggy jiggy yeah!

No Country for Old Men. Good movie and very suspenseful. One of the best films I've seen in years. The plot was good, the acting was great, and the movie kept me on edge the whole time. It was pretty crazy, but I highly recommend it.

Is Into the Wild playing in the UK? It's an excellent film, very moving.
