I feel that the best knowledge is personal experience. It is first hand and you can't blame anyone else if things go wrong.

The only knowledge that I totally trust is the wisdom provided to me directly by God, Jesus, the Blessed Mother and the Saints through meditation. Saint Paul said, "If we do not have this, we have nothing." I am humbly grateful for all of the truth and wisdom that has been bestowed on me through the grace of God. I would now be dead in both body and soul without it. God is the only true "life insurance" and certainly for me salvation is not something that can be left to chance, to someone's interpretation no matter how well intended, or to belief which is unsupported by direct source knowledge. I place all of my trust in God who rescued me when I was deserted by everyone else. So it has been proved to me that the only thing I know to be true has come from my God and his emissaries.

The form of knowledge i trust the best is through personal experience and first hand contact with the subject. If you have experienced yourself you gain the knowledge that is revelant to yourself. I questioned "WHY?" to everything at school and realised that you truly dont understand something until you have experienced it.

I trust best my knowledge coming out of my own experience, after having cleared up unconscious conditioning. I also trust my intuition if you might call this a form of knowledge.

CONFIDENCE!!!!!! . I wrote down a list of all the things to do in 3 months
*Get A's In all my classes( I had not gotten an "A" in my life)
* Lose 30 pounds( all fat)
* Dunk a basketball(10 feet high)
* Make someone that hates me, love me
* beat my friend tyrone in a basketball game, series( I had never beaten him, he had always won 4 games to zero with the score always being about 20- 6. Well with 3 months of training, I beat !!!!!!! 4games to zero!!!!!!! I couldn belive It. And he wasnt letting me because he lost 30 bucks on that game.
I accomplished all of these things!!!!! But the best moment of my life was when I beat Tyrone Because, That was the last thing on my list. When I made the final shot I nearly felt like crying(but didnt) Then I told myself, " WOW, I DID IT, I DID EVERYTHING ON MY LIST, I CAN DO ANY THING" anything is possible with confidence

"Knowledge: (AS. cnawan, know) Relations known. Apprehended truth. Opposite of opinion. Certain knowledge is more than opinion, less than truth. Theory of knowledge, or epistemology (which see), is the systematic investigation and exposition of the principles of the possibility of knowledge. In epistemology: the relation between object and subject."
If knowledge is "relations known," how many forms are there? If you mean methods of obtaining knowledge, I see no "preferences" available, because only one is a necessity and that is the objective method; if a person "prefers" a method that is not objectively necessary, then he/she may claim anything as "knowledge" because they will claim knowledge is subjective.

Continuing Revelation, confirmed by living experience in our universal cosmos of Spirit, Mind and Matter.
Here is Jesus' Teaching, in part, on "Truth and Faith", and as restated in modern phraseology: (public domain, may be shared widely)
Page-1459 "Revealed truth, personally discovered truth, is the supreme delight of the human soul; it is the joint creation of the material mind and the indwelling spirit. The eternal salvation of this truth-discerning and beauty-loving soul is assured by that hunger and thirst for goodness which leads this mortal to develop a singleness of purpose to do the Father's will, to find God and to become like him. There is never conflict between true knowledge and truth. There may be conflict between knowledge and human beliefs, beliefs colored with prejudice, distorted by fear, and dominated by the dread of facing new facts of material discovery or spiritual progress."

From my experience it's personal knowledge that has helped me the most. I have learned that people don't always do what they say and that they tend not to always understand their own actions or why they are thinking what they are thinking,
I have learned how to read others and how to make sure that they aren't going to hurt me or my children, When you deal with disabilities you learn that you're the first person that you can count on to make your life what you want from it. Personal experenice has taught me more than books.
