What are examples of changes/proof of vertebrates moving from the water to to terrestrial life?

There is no proof, there can never be "proof", only supposition based on inference.

The sea to land conclusion is inferred from fossil evidence. Fossil remains suggest a progression from sea to land. Spiders and millipedes and sow bugs seem to have been among the first life to leave the oceans, perhaps some fish that started laying eggs in the shallows so their eggs would not be eaten by sea-dwelling predators. Over time those who could stay out of the water longer would reproduce characteristics favorable to staying out of the water. Evolution is about natural selection.

Frogs.

Tadpoles live in water. Frogs go back and forth and breath air.
