Sure - If they played Capitol Hill Billy music with Bill on the Fiddle (of course). Oba could play the right notes (preferably C notes).

Sure with Rice on keyboard and Huckabee on bass guitar, John Ashcroft and Larry Craig doing vocals. The 60's were bipartisan, and it was cool to have a bisexual element in a band.
