no not exactly
a person may seem to be least interested but he knows a lot maybe coz he watches a lot of tv or somethiung
its weird
98%of the time itds due to lack of interest but lets talk about the remaining 2%
anyway the point is that lack of knowledge is not the same as lack of interest

No. A lack of knowledge about something means that you don't have the information to hand. A lack of interest in something means that you don't WANT to have the information to hand, either that or you do have knowledge about something but don't want to retrieve it from your cerebal database.

it is not about the lack of interest ,i think that in most part especially in our lives now and how we live it...we are always lack of time in whatever that we do...i think that if we are better at managing our 24hours ,we would be more interested in acquiring more knowledge...humans are made to be curious of our surroundings...that pushes us to learn and be knowledgeable...we are just bad time keepers = )

I think you need to be interested in something to want to know enough about it to be considered knowledgeable. Does that make sense?

For me if l like something or feel that it may become useful I must try to know everything I can. On the other hand if I don't like something or find it to have no use I don't even want to hear about it. So I guess thats a yes.

No. Lack of interest doesn't mean you don't know about something, just that you don't care.
