Here are a few examples to help you decide...
(((Self-Confident people)))
*Doing what you believe to be right, even if others mock or criticize you for it.
*Being willing to take risks and go the extra mile to achieve better things.
*Admitting your mistakes and vowing to learn from them.
*Waiting for others to congratulate you on your accomplishments.
*Accepting compliments graciously. “Thanks, I really worked hard on that prospectus. I’m pleased you recognize my efforts.”
(((Low Self-Confident people)))
*Governing your behavior based on what other people think.
*Staying in your comfort zone, fearing failure and so avoid taking risks.
*Working hard to cover up mistakes and praying that you can fix the problem before anyone is the wiser.
*Extolling your own virtues as often as possible to as many people as possible.
*Dismissing compliments offhandedly. “Oh that prospectus was nothing really, anyone could have done it.”

I seriously don't think ANY of the examples above are signs of low, or high levels of confidence. Not one..!!!

But i am self confident.
But i also know my limits, and will allow those more expert in a certain field to take control. As i most definately would take control in my field of expertise.

Self-Confident, all the way, something I grew into over the years. In life, you get tired of others, their promises and their BS, and that is when "you" figure out that "you" are the best thing for "you" and "you" go with "you" all the way. Not selfish, not self-absorbed, but self-confident. God Bless.

Thanks for the examples but I'm not really sure we need them. I bet you get almost nobody claiming to be low in self confidence.

I'm somewhere between the two. Most days I am pretty confident in myself.
