The man tells him everything that they say and what happens between them stays between them. He has since taken his temperture by touching his head, small of back, buttocks, and his pubic area before or after work. accused him of taking money, and giving him rum and coke. my son says he is a really nice man and thinks he should not of said anything because his wife is really nice even though he knows what has happened wasn't right, I live in a small village in spain and the man is a neighbour.

This needs to stop now. Nobody should be touching your son that way. If he's sick he should see a doctor, not the old neighbor. You don't take a temperature in the pubic area, and giving a 15 year old rum and coke is reprehensible.
It's time to be the adult and end this relationship today. Your son's entire future is riding on you doing the right thing. Whether or not you call the police, get him away from this guy now.

The old man will have an excuse for everything he said and did. This is obviously bothering your son or he wouldn't have mentioned it to you. Keep your child away from this man and talk to the police or social worker about keeping this man away from all young people. At his age it's probably something he has been doing for many many years. Pedophiles can appear to be nice people, this is not a nice man.

Stop allowing your son to go over there. You are the parent. Obviously the man is touching your child in appropriately. Small village or not, alert the authorities to what the man is doing.

Uh..hello? Touching his butt and pubic area? Take him away from there! Seriously, why are you even asking any questions? Better to be safe than sorry, and this does not sound right. It doesn't matter how nice his wife is, he has no right to touch your son there. I'd let other mothers in the area know so that they don't send their kids there either.

victims of abuse are often too traumatised to talk about it at all, if hes told you that hes touched him like that to 'take his temperature' then its obviously disturbing and bothering him enough to feel the need to talk to you so you can help him.
dont let it go, this is your son, the longer it goes on the worse it'll get and the more scarred he'll get.
if I were you Id firstly get the kid out and then seriously think about telling the police.

i would ask your son just to stop helping him your worried its turning in to more...and if your son is ok w/ another man touching his pubic areas there is something wrong w/ not only the older man

Sexual abuse of any kind is wrong and illegal, if this man really is doing these things the police need to know and investigate this and take appropriate action. It's your job no obligation as his parent to protect your children from harm or abuse. Please if your serious get your son some counseling. Abuse is criminal and your failing to do anything is also criminal and you would lose your son in the US if you failed to act.
