I can walk in high heels but they have to have straps around the ankle or just good straps. But the pumps I bought have the strap that pulls up in the back. My foot fits perfectly but ones I start walking the foot starts to slide and starts crushing my toes. The baby powder helped my foot from sweating but not the sliding. Girls make it look so easy to walk in these types of shoes and the are so CUTE but I cant wear them. I know there has to be a secret, tips please!

There is no secret, unfortunately.
Balancing your weight so it does not follow gravity and everything settles in the tips of your toes is first. Try to consciously put your weight into the middle of your feet while walking. Walk only short distances. Keep your weight down. Eternally being less than 115 pounds, does that sound familiar?

Its those confounded heels. That is the reason.
Women start wearing heels as a teenager and has trained her body to shift weight on her heels and middle of feet.

Put a book on your head like you see the girls practicing sashaying down a runway. Keep your weight on the balls of your feet. Swing your leg in an arc then consciously put your foot down heel first. then next.

If that fails and your toes are still taking a beating, keep shopping until you find the right shoes with the right support and right material.

Why do you think women have this fetish of having many shoes in thecloset? We keep on hoping to find that elusive "t best shoes on the planet"? If aliens landed today on earth with nothing to say except "why are you wearing that footwear? Those have long been obsolete in our part of the theta quadrant, Did you want to come look at the shoes we wear? Theres a sale......."

You know the end to this story. They are now the new best friend forever.

Welcome to the quest.

When you walk try to focus on your heals and walk heal to toe...you know, by putting your heal down first....its hard to explain...lol....the baby powder is probably causing you more problems than helping...dont put powder in your shoes this will cause your feet to slide forward.
when you walk focus on your heels...they arent called heels for nothin! ha ha
