Its for our own safety. Imagine working naked at a car garage, things getting pinched in car parts. Or being a office clerk and trying to use the fax machine but getting your boobie trapped in the paper feed, or where would a policeperson carry their weapons? Just wear a belt and nothing else?
We wear clothes so our accessories don't look so silly by themselves
