Well I think everyone deserves a second chance because God gives us second chances...as far as crimes are concerned, I mean some must not be tolerated like murder or rape, sex crimes involving minors. But as a country for those who are incarcerated, we need to implement more beneficial programs to help them transition into the world.

humans makes mistakes so ya i think people should be given a second chance , even a third or fourth is ok. depending on the nature of the crime

If the quilt/fault is because of a spontaneous humanly weakness and isn't done in cold blood then yes, they deserve a second chance.
