Keep it all to myself so I would share it out between all my family and friends and donate to charity.

Easy.
Depending on what kind of plan you're looking for, you could do one of the following.
1. Open up an allowance account. These save all your money and give you small increments every month or so. That way, you never overspend or make rash money decisions.
2. Donate it all to a charity that you REALLY believe in. An example.. you could make a Panda sanctuary, to keep Panda's from going exctinct.
3. Become a philanthropist. e.g. Spend your time giving money to build libraries in small, poor communities.
4. Don't take the money.

forget to send me some money after paying the bills and buying a new home, and small gas saver car. ( mail myself
a check!) (Of course I'd set the rest up into a interest paying
bank accounts with a tax account pay out so that I'd receive
tax credit, and set up an insurance vestment in case of disability or old age expense to pay out monthly in case of accident, or retirement. I'd also pay at least 10% into social
security.) I'm afraid any donation, or family endevor would
have to be bugeted into my monthly living exspence as I,
personally, saw fit.

Tell anyone until I have paid all my bills, purchased all that I have dreamed of - car, house, clothes, lots of food. I may donate some to a worthy cause. I will then assist family before my friends.

just be thankful that you did and be wise on how you will spend it. give some to charity too.
