Environmental friendly Green World. Basically, go back to the Caveman life style and you've got yourself a perfect world. Modern humans are totally destructive in my view.

The definition?
I don't think there would be a definition. It would be all biased, none of it would be completely tolerable, and everyone would be frustrated by someone else because everyone would be living in peace and harmony.
None the less, I don't deny that peace and harmony would be great, but that can't be possible with a technologically modernality within society. Reduce the technology, reduce the conflict over them.
But, the world isn't magical. It can't run itself, it can't make people scared and it can't make people be at peace. If you wanted peace, you would have to impliment laws, enforce them and have bulk behind them. Then, the laws would be made to be broken - as every law is - as they would be just an adrenaline rush.
Remove the morales behind the laws, and you have a dareless society basing itself around relaxation and lack of power, or power and tyranny.
Remove the laws themselves, and you have anarchy.
I am no anarchist, as the definition of an anarchist is different to the one I've been explaining, but I think anarchy would do nicely. Reduce us back to the stone age: make things done by kicks and giggles.
Those that aren't smart enough to live in a world without the help of something higher would diminish. Those that are smart enough would flourish.

This world, if it is created by God, must be perfect.... if we feel imperfections, it is our ignorance or insufficiency of understanding. If this world got created by chance, then we can do nothing about it if it is imperfect, since chance can not be induced one way or another.... there would be no point imagining a perfect world in such a situation. If we have had a hand in making this world what it is, then its level of perfection simply defines our own level of perfection.... that simply reflects our capability limits.
I would rather believe in God and trust this world to be perfect or just forget about any perfect world and make do with this one as it is.

We have one.
It is the best distance from the sun to preserve life.
It has developed many flora & fauna. Some of which are not only sentient but intelligent.
It has a part of the world in which you may fight your way to power and rule a nation with an Iron fist (Communist, and Dictotor countries)
A part of the world in which you have freedom of economy, speech, rights, and are judged on your own merits (capitalist world) it has parts of the world which are hot, sunny and dry, others that are cold, dark and wet to suit your preference and most everything in between.
It provides the opportunity for belief and theory to reign. This counts in philosophy, theories on divinity, the development of new technology, etc. It has knowledge itself.
You can experience it for a long amount of time providing you don't voluntarily leave earlier (by making choices that lead to your destruction) and you will never be left to repetition or boredom because something is always there to entertain you, whether it be family poblems, a disease, or tickets to watch your favourite sports team play (or even being on that team of course).
You can satiate most of your desires in some manner, from lust, to love, with the right applications of your time and resources -and if you are not satisfied it is usually possible to repeat the process again.
Indeed, I believe our world is quite perfect.

There's no such a thing possible...Life without problems is pure fiction...It would be good though if our politicians stopped their filthy lies and manipulations and our corrupted corporate managers stopped stealing money ...It would also be good if at least health and social insurance could be brought to those in need...It would be good if production of weapons decreased and food is shipped to those who are hungry instead...It would be good if voice of the oppressed is heard and taken in consideration by those who can actually change anything in their favor...

Well the ultimate perfect world would be boring...but it would be perfect...Here we have a paradox. So I suppose in this conundrum I must look for MY definition of a perfect world ignoring the wants and needs of other people. My perfect world would be the current world with a few changes specially, selfishly designed with only my wants and needs in mind. E.g. Many more PS2 games =)

the world in which we're living in is a perfect world afterall,,
any one thing if it is missing, feels like something's missing a lot,,
why wouldn't u call our world perfect? it has enough oxygen and trees keep on releasing more and more in daylight,,
we make food for our hungry stomach, in exchange of hardwork which brings in money due to which we can live life more better with more convinience.
all diseases r cureable except for AIDS but soon scientists will find one for that too.
we have discovered the whole universe,,with our telescopes and other super-scientific instruments.
humans r the mightiest creatures on earth,, would u call ur world imperfect??
at last, its been created by GOD,,
and he is perfect,,
so his creations would definately be perfect,,
the world in which we're living in is a defination as well as the best example of a perfect world.
