all 25 are connected through switches and are working properly i wish to make one as a server and monitor the access pl guide me

You need to hire a professional to do this job. It is non trivial.

This all really depends on what you want to do here. Simple file sharing? You need to set up printers? need to provied DNS, DHCP, centralized account managment?
If you are then you are looking for more than the scope of this forum. I would suggest getting a Windows 2003 Reference manual and start there.
If you just need to offer simple files sharing then just creat some folders and share them on a single PC. Keep in mind you will have to create local accounts for all who want/need access.
