i dont even want to look at him i just cant explain what im feeling all i know is that its breaking my heart.

Just let him be honest to you. The truth might hurt you but at least, you know what your genuine standing is. It is better to know the truth at the earliest stage possible.
Prolonged suspicion will kill your feelings.

I'm SO sorry to hear that.
The only thing you can do is to confront him. It may be hard but you NEED to sit down and talk to him. Nothing is going to get better until you do. Trust me, you will feel much better afterwards - maybe it's just a misunderstanding and if it's not, at least then you know for sure that he is scum. Female intuition is usually right though. If you love your husband, you need to talk to him about it. If your relationship is strong, you'd be able to work it out.

this is a horrible feeling, sorry but this is a fact of life or an animal instinct .. but the best thing you can do is not focus on the problem.. you must, turn your attention to yourself. the only reason we feel possessive or jealous is because we have a low self esteam or self concept. or we feel inadequate ...
you may have expectations about your husband but they are just that, your expectations .. were as reallity is what is happening and thats that.. so be kind to yourself ..think of things youve always wanted to do and focus your mind on your own qualities .. its not easy .. so every time you catch your self thinking of her or him liking her or the problem you are having just change your thoughts turn within to the things youve always loved.. before you met him.... and see yourself happy .. im serious just be happy.. if you build your
self esteem you will attract people and him ... also a good thing to do is to make a joke of him liking her and remember you cant change other people you can only change yourself.. cheers !!

Why do you think he likes your friend? If you have undeniable evidence that he does then I don't blame you for being upset. Men will think other women are attractive, that happens. BUT for him to seen to take a genuine interest or even give her a second look while you are right there is just disrespectful.
