As others have stated, homosexual activities in dramas between teenagers are illegal to make/show in Japan.
If you simply want movies with male homosexual themes, then you can find those.
I have never actually seen a Japanese movie with a homosexual theme (they exist, I just don't know any titles) however, you may be interested in these Chinese/Taiwanese movies:
Eternal Summer
Go, Go, G-Boys
Formula 17
China/Taiwan seems to produce a lot more of the homosexual-themed movies than Japan, I think.

I think some people got confused by what you ment. But even though I think you've pretty much figured this out, you're not going to find any live dramas with homosexuals in Japanese.
Anime or manga is the best you'll find. Honestly, I'm not into yaoi so..

There are dramas that have had homosexual characters, but not teens. It just wouldn't be worth it to produce a drama that couldn't be shown on Japanese TV.

yaoi with teens? thats pretty sick....and im not sure thats legal....
and why would you even want to watch that stuff? i went to high school with a bunch of girls who were obsessed with that crap, and it never made sense to me...
