Yeah I was wondering if wearing a green eyeliner when your eyes aren't green (Mines are a dark shade of brown) was a fashion don't? You don't see many dark skinned movie stars and celebrites with a ring of bright green around their eyes, if you know what I mean? But there's one problem, I only have green and I don't have any money nor do my parents at this point? So a solution would be nice? Which company sells the cheapiest eyeliner of good quality?

Green is pretty on brown eyes. Just make sure to smudge it a bit to keep it from looking too bright. If you want, you can even put a VERY tiny bit of mascara on it when you smudge it.
Dollar General has some inexpensive eyeliner, and so does WalMart. I think it is CoverGirl, but they have others that are less expensive too.

as Long as you get a khol eyeliner, you are good.
