This is really happening nowadays, we don't need to see what will happen then!
The Globalization and the "civilizised" part of the world is enslaving the "uncivilizied" part of the world, or what they like to call "third world countries", through trading and industry, International Bank aids, huge interprises!!!
Moreover, the technological revolution in the developed countries is about 10000000 step away from the poor countries, thus they sold them what they want in the price they desire without giving them the ability to manufacture them!

The rich had been enslaving the poor by exploiting their weakness - lack of money.
