Do you think these cousins really dishonored themselves by
assuming they had the right to claim the life of their cousin?

according to the article "honor" killings are basically against the Muslim teaching, they not only dis honored themselve but their entire family along with committing Murder...

All depend on their own culture. Problems for us are mainly because we think our culture is universal truth.
Even in Christianity, honor-killing does exist. Looking at Mose how he leads levis to kill two tribes of Isreal. Those are santified killing.
That story just said, there is capital punishment in Palestian.
