Cheapest and easiest way to get to the Philippines and back to The states?

I would REALLY appreciate any help on this on...

You have to specify where in the States. Manila to SF is not the best if your destination is Midwest or East Coast. I have flown both Cathay Pacific and Northwest (via Japan) to reach New York or Detroit. Go to travel sites and get quotes, is my advice.
