This company sent me a $2875.oo money order to go shop and different store to as a secret shopper. I don't know if it is a good company to work for or if it's a scam?

I doubt it - more likely some sort of 419 Advanced Fee Fraud .,.

"There exists a scam that uses mystery shopping as a premise for fraud, where a person is sent a bad check with a request to deposit it into their bank account, wire a portion of the money through a wire transfer company such as Western Union and keep the remainder as a mystery shopping fee,"
Needless to say, when the cheque 'bounces' you find that the bank will 'reverse' the credit but Western Union doesn't want to know you ...
