Get some thick crusty bread and toast it. mixture mayonnaise and cajun allspice in a small bowl to make cajun-flavored mayo. unfold this on the bread. soften some gruyere cheese on precise of the turkey in a separate plate, then placed it on the bread. Throw some lettuce on precise (or maybe delight in - balances out the mayo properly). believe me - you will love this sandwich.

I do sometimes, but leftover turkey is better if you cut it into bite size pieces, add it to turkey gravy and serve over toast or biscuits.

I like cut all the leftover pieces and soak em in salt and a little bit of barbecue sauce.
