basically what you are saying is the girl knows nothing about sex so no don't do it she has to be a willing participant in the act if she is unaware of what sex is how can she agree to it maybe find help in her local school or clinic to be shown about sex and the effects it can have when she knows about this and consents and is of a legal age maybe it could be OK then but the answer at present is NO Dave

NEVER exploit, underage girls, if they are innocent do not make any passes because women, girls are to be respected by men.take sometime before she understands what sex is all about. You'll get some if you have your patience discipline and respect.

You cannot, morally or legally, have sex with someone who is not capable or does not understand what sex means or it's consequences.

I would so DON'T have sex. If she doesn't know about sex then she doesn't understand the full consequesnces and can't take full responsibility for her actions for sex.
