Try doing it in the rain. If it's not too cold it could be fun, like when you were a kid and played with the water hose. Put on a bathing suit and get out there.

Mother nature is softening up the soil for you...go out in the rain. It can be a joyful and refreshing experience.

I know its annoying, its almost as if its natures way of saying... when we asked you nicely to do you garden you wouldn't do it, you preferred to do other things. So now that you want to do something, its not going to happen and you have to play by my rules

Have a star and just relax today and put your feet up. Rain is a great excuse to do bugger-all.

Move to Australia where it is sunny there you can garden and you know it will be hot for weeks to come.
