First this slimeball leaks the name of Valerie Plame which sparks the whole ValerieGate scandal:

Then, to detract attention from himself in light of Scott McClellan's tell-all book, he decides to make up an elaborate story about Hillary's secret operatives who are trying to "leak" information about Barack Obama through him... yeah...

(and Fox News is the only one perpetuating this renegade silliness... again...)

So - My Question - Is Robert D. Novak (Fox Reporter) the worst spin doctor slimeball that our nation has ever seen?

What makes Robert Novak particularly slimy is his outward demeanor. He seems like a reporter in the tradition of a Cronkite, Jennings, Rather, etc. He has that air of credibility about him. He tends to be even conciliatory at times on TV, but he is so underhanded and devious it's beyond belief. At least with Limbaugh, Coulter and O'Reilly you have a clear picture of their sliminess but Novak's package is a little different and that makes him very dangerous in my opinion.
So, I agree with you. I think he'd sell his mother if it helped him with the Republicans.

Anyone working for "faux" news has no support and respect from me. I don't know who he is but this wouldn't surprise me. And people want to trash CNN? Atleast they don't have their heads up someone's @ss and nobody's a pompous self-centered ****** with an agenda. Sure, CNN leans to the left but it's far more open-minded and the anchors give the impression that they give a sh-t.

He is a reporter and a columnist. His role is to report events (educate the public on what is going on) and as a columnist, share his opinion on current issues. He isnt supposed to be making up stuff and pass it off as news. NOBODY IN THE MEDIA IS SUPPOSED TO BE MAKING UP (CREATING) NEWS. To me, this Clinton and Obama thing is just something that he made up. If this stuff was true, every station (CBS, ABC, NBC, CNN) would be talking about it.

This Clinton and Obama thing is just a bunch of garbage. Its bogus, made up, fake, news.

Novak is an editorialist; not a journalist.

I guess the title WORST goes to anyone who is not a left wing extremist.

I guess you would consider Ted Rall the BEST.
