gravy umm, the gravy has to be perfect!
the gravy makes or breaks the meal
gravy must be made from the turkey drippings, not too much butter when basting the turkey, the right spices, the just right thickness, not lumpy.
I will spend more time to make sure the gravy is just right than the time I spend of the rest of the meal.
