The two biggies in Australian music at the moment would have to be Silverchair and Powderfinger. But you could also check out Regurgitator, Spiderbait, Kisschasy, Grinspoon, Something For Kate, End of Fasion, Eskimo Joe, and the great new Operator Please.

Valentinos is another really good band. To me they sound like Joy Division or Interpol on crack!
