I'm not because everyone keeps on calling me ugly and treating me like bull **** . I love this girl and I'm afraid to tell her I like her and now I'm moving so I will never have here . I'm so alone every day I sit and do nothing butt cry and cry .

When you have the chance to tell her, tell her everything. Don't wait cause people change and relationship changes. One day you may find that she may even no longer your friend anymore.
Tell her everything before you completely lose any remaining chance to do so
