Ron Paul is a candidate running for president, he is one of the few providing any real clarity on our foreign policy and domestic issues.. Unlike other candidates whose stances seem to change from week to week, Paul's record is actually consistent. He is a strong advocate of a non-interventionist foreign policy where we trade and negotiate with countries,.. instead of fighting wars under false pretenses where we put our economy in financial risk and the lives of our troops in jeopardy.. To find out more about his positions on other issues, please see the list I posted below. In addition to Paul's strong anti-war/less government stance, he accepts no money from lobbyists, corporations and interest groups.. He is man of integrity.. which is rarity in Washington.. Paul offers real solutions, instead of just typical political rhetoric.. He truly has the best interest at heart for the average American, not just the elite..

A brief overview of his record:
He voted against the Iraq war.
He has never voted to raise taxes.
He has never voted for an unbalanced budget.
He has never voted to raise congressional pay.
He has never taken a government-paid junket.
He is a strong advocate of free trade.
He has never voted to increase the power of the executive branch.
He voted against the Patriot Act.
He opposes invading Iran.
He opposes amnesty for illegals.
He will drastically reduce the debt the United States is in, by reducing government spending.. taking the burden off taxpayers.
He voted NO to the amendment banning gay marriages.
He does not participate in the lucrative congressional pension program.
He returns a portion of his annual congressional office budget to the U.S. treasury every year.

Check out Ron Paul on line at WIKIPEDIA. Wikipedia has the best coverage on birth to present on representative Ron Paul. When you are done examining Ron Paul under the Wikipedia magnifying glass, drop ole BOBO a line & tell me what ya think of representative Paul.

He's Goldwater on government size and domestic fiscal policies; but an isolationist on foreign affairs. I'm still checking him out.

He's very popular with the young, rebellious generation that actually look at their pay stubs, want to have a life, and wonder why they have to be exploited by the Baby Boomer generation by paying so much in taxes for no return. For them, it's demographics and Return On Investment (ROI).

Guess they're just rebellious and didn't get indoctrinated into socialism as well as most of us Baby Boomers did.

Good for them.

An old Libertarian (running as an Republican) with a few loud supporters who is once again trying to make a failed attempt at the White House.

Im 32 and I support Ron Paul. Am I a young, rebellious type? Nope! I want my freedoms restored and a small government.

First, we were nuts. Then, we were tin foil hat wearers. Then, we were kooks. Next, we were liberals (lol!). Then, we were terrorists. I dunno bout you, but I support Ron Paul no matter what they (MSM and neo-cons mainly) label me. All that matters is that I will be happy with my support of the only Republican worth voting for, win or lose.

There's a 50/50 chance this question is genuine or a Ron Paul supporter planting his name again.

A Libertarian who went Republican to get elected that is over 70 years old. His game is weak. Wacth the thumbs down now.

This is the only place I'm aware of that people seem to take pride in being clueless.
