I am 14 years old and I cant't go anywhere alone.
I can't even take a bus or train or walk somewhere yet alone got to school alone. I was supposed to go to the theme park with my friends but because the girl That I was supposed to go with, she would have met me on the bus, was sick so I couldn't go. I was very much excited and even got ready to go before she messaged me. After that, I felt disappointed with myself and regretted not going but I can't go anywhere alone so It was my fault. Can someone help me overcome this fear and help me be more independent. Please, before it gets worse.
I also can't order food for myself or buy something at the store.
This problem is really killing me. I need help. Anyone?

i think u r suffering from low self esteem
you are not the only one with this problem
read motivational books
try to interact with as many people as u can
gather some courage and take the first step, start by ordering food
whats worse will happen ?? you will mess up the first time
no problems try again and this time u will feel better at ordering then slowly work your way up, try walking alone to the bus station and slowly steadily u will became better
remember:
we all are human beings, we all make mistakes that doesnt mean we will quit everything and do nothing
so just try and dont worry about the first mess

I agree that step-by-step is the best way to work on it. Its useful to practice a relaxation exercise first so you will be really good at staying calm. Then imagine what you want to do ie: walk around the block alone. Then you walk around the block alone while thinking calm thoughts and staying relaxed. Then you slowly go further and further until you can walk to school. After this you should be feeling more confident about it and can start riding the bus a few stops and then walking back.
I still do this if I want to call someone and I feel nervous about it. I think calming thoughts, practice what I'm going to say, and then call.
