I'm pretty sure you can't apply straight to the business school after graduating from high school so I was wondering what you are supposed to do to get into the business schools. What majors to take and how long before you get in?

You are right, you can't apply to business school with just a high school diploma. First you have to get a bachelors degree which take about four years to complete at a university. I guess some majors you might want to consider are economics, business admin, accounting etc. But I don't think you have to major in something that is business related, you can choose any major as long as you meet the requirements for business school.

Bruing is fairly correct. UC Berkeley does have an undergraduate program in business, but most of the UCs do not. The way to do it is to do well as an undergraduate, spend several years (most require at least 3 years of work experience after getting your bachelor's degree, although they would prefer 5) working, then apply to an MBA program. You don't need a particular major as an undergraduate, although some math would be useful in getting through the GMAT, which is the Graduate Management Admissions Test.

Try UC Berkeley Haas, we was once most sensible 10 however I believe it is down to fifteen or anything now have not checked in recent times but it surely hooks you up with a few first rate internships and there is a profession reasonable in which recruiters come and many others.
