I have been M for 29 years and am now going to get a Div. That is a long time. People change and drift apart. It is not that you don't care, but TIRED. When you lit the spark die your relationship dies. One one person doesn't want to go and do things TOGETHER, you UNBOND. IT is sad but here I go. Off onto another chapter of my life. Alone for awhile but that will be OK. I will do a few things I want to do. Marriage is good. Two people just have to keep working on the friction that causes the sparks, even when you ARE TIRED AND HAVE A HEADACHE.

no not at all. I'm happily married to my high school sweet heart and we've been going strong together since I was 16 but only married for 3 years. It all depends on the people and the way their relationship is. Marriage isn't outdated at all. Please don't think that way. Marriage is a beautiful thing and if the love is true and real it will work out

No way. It's better being married, because people are making a deeper commitment to each other. I would look at the statistics of people living with each other. Are there redeeming qualities about living together other than the fact that you can leave the relationship easier?

we've no longer something relatively planned. Our boys (11 & 13) will run the streets with buddies getting candy for a pair hours and while they arrive abode we are able to order pizza...... i'm thinking approximately establishing a extreme-high quality bottle of Chardonnay nevertheless......hmmmm, which would be extreme-high quality!
