Ok look. Asking 3 times isn't going to get you a better answer. We need to know things. What card? What year, etc.?

I wanna help but c'mon. You're not leaving me many avenues to do it.

Topps and Upper Deck (the only ones who can now make MLB sports cards) will have the year of print on the back, next to the company info, usually on the bottom of the card. Even re-printed cards will have the year of the actual print. Both actually do this allot, most can tell just by the card quality without looking at the year.

If it is a re-print, with only the original year, it IS a counterfiet card.

If it doesn't say "replica" or "reprint" anywhere on it, that's a good start.
