Okay, I don't really understand your question so I will take it as broad as possible.
It depends what kind of teenager you want to be but here are some universal ones:
Socializing with a crowd that will last past high school, Qwerky tricks (learn these now!), prepare for college, Take it from me, College in general is easier then high school and has a way bigger impact on you.

Oh, pretty much all of them. Really. Politics and economics because they are shaping the world that this generation will inherit. Health because they face the same issues and/or know someone who does. Essentially, teenagers have the opportunity to equip themselves with information about everything that will effect their world.

i would say it depends upon the individual person. teenagers have a lot to say, and older adults as well as younger kids would be smart to really listen to them, i know i learn so much from teenagers. maybe a good topic is whatever is on your mind.
