and I alway's read it before I make sure to smell it too..

Well I have really long hair and its pretty thick. so I use enough shampoo to get a really good lather. And then I shampoo one more time after that just in case i missed a few spots and i shampoo enough to make sure my hair smells good and clean.
I mean dont finish the bottle especially if you are using something expensive. just put enough where you can feel a really got lather.

I know I use more than the bottle says, but it just makes me feel better.
No real right or wrong answer here.
Too much or too little is not going to kill you.
No one can tell you how much you HAVE to use !
